Sword & Shield Simulator Map Hub

Three playable regions now, one large region promised, and no fake world map of every bush.

Map Hub

Sword & Shield Simulator is not an open-world checklist with a thousand icons. It is a medieval slice with a home forge and roads that matter because the cart is slow. The current Early Access description names three regions: Danburg, Bloodlands, and Grainmill. Talstein is the large follow-up. This hub points at those places without pretending we have a datamined minimap.

Read Danburg first. Then Bloodlands and Grainmill. Talstein is the planned largest region, not a fourth Steam-listed map today. Movement rules sit in How to Travel Regions. The Day One Patch added quest markers on Bloodlands and Grainmill and reworked the in-game map view. If you cannot physically leave a field, that is Performance and Bugs, not a hidden fourth continent.

How the world is supposed to feel

You step out of the smithy into streets, interiors, salvage fields, woods, and shrines. Story missions, side quests, and collectibles are spread across the three regions. Lockpicking exists for the curious. Prison exists for the careless. A cups game sits on the main road. None of that replaces the forge. The world is how you feed the forge and how the Richard story leaks in through NPCs.

Devlogs spent time on Danburg citizens, outfits, and LOD so the town could run on more PCs. That is a hint: streets are dense enough to hitch. Use Performance Mode in town if the grindstone was fine and the market is not.

What we will not draw

We will not publish a fake treasure map of every cupronickel node. We will not list 140 mission names. We will not spoil Talstein layouts that are not in the build. When a patch adds the mine, the arena, or the bastion, the roadmap and this hub will gain a sentence, not a fan-fiction tour.

Use the Items Hub when you arrive in a region and forget what to pick up. Use Getting Started if you are still lost in the first street. The map is a setting. The anvil is the game. Walk both, but do not confuse a pretty road with progress.

Sibling regions, not a checklist app

Danburg is home. Bloodlands is the harsher road. Grainmill is the field-and-mill sibling that launch reviews could not reach. Read them as a set. The travel guide sits beside them because a region page cannot open a stuck cart. If you only need ore, you still need a road that works. If you only need story, you still need a forge that can replace the blade you will lose. Bookmark this hub, not a fan-made atlas. Talstein already has that child page: Holtsdorf Forest as story geography, cathedral and bastion as promises, three playable regions as the honest map. Bookmark this hub, not a fan-made atlas.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How many regions can I play today?

Three: Danburg, Bloodlands, and Grainmill. Talstein is planned for later.

Is there a full interactive map?

Not on this wiki. Regions are described from official copy and player reports, not a leaked minimap.

Why can I not open the next area?

Either a story or trade gate, or a stuck-world bug. Read the travel guide before you craft a tribute into a broken quest.
